Dr. Fan serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Wynlife Healthcare, Inc. Previously, Dr. Fan co-founded two highly successful biotech companies and served as Chief Executive Officer - Pacific Biotech (1982) and Wyntek Diagnostics (1994). Pacific Biotech was acquired by Eli Lilly and Company in 1990, and Wyntek Diagnostics was sold to Genzyme Corporation in 2001. Dr. Fan received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from Purdue University in 1973 and his B.S. in chemistry from National Taiwan University in 1968.

Phoebe Shen serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Wyntek group and is responsible for global finance as well as supervising the operation of all Wynlife offices. As the General Manager of Wynlife Healthcare, Inc., Taiwan, she is in charge of business development, expanding the direct selling market, and daily operations. Ms. Shen joined Wynlife Healthcare, Inc. in 2006 and has successfully managed in the areas of sales, operations, and sales support. She was later transferred to Japan to assist in expanding the Wynlife Healthcare direct selling market. Ms. Shen received her B.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Debbie Romine serves as General Manager of Wynlife Healthcare, Inc., US and is responsible for daily operations. She has extensive experience in sourcing and negotiating purchase agreements for raw materials and capital equipment as well as in material management and vendor qualification. She was the Material Manager of Wyntek Diagnostics and Genzyme Diagnostics. Ms. Romine received her B.S. in Business Operations Management in 1990 from DeVry Institute of Technology, in Phoenix, Arizona.
