Safety measures have been implemented at our fulfillment center to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders may experience shipping delays.
Return Policy
Wynlife will accept the returned products that are intact, unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable.
1. Within 30 days of purchase, the Company will refund 90% of the original purchase price.
2. 30 days after and within 180 days of purchase, the Company will refund 70% of the original purchase price.
3. No return will be accepted after 180 days of purchase.

All refunds will deduct the shipping fee and/or other related charges.

Customer needs to contact Wynlife, either by phone or in writing, to obtain a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in advance. Wynlife will provide the customer with the correct procedures and location for returning the product(s). The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If the RMA number is not acquired beforehand, the returned product(s) will be sent back to the customer, and the related return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
